Based on the public's input, the top two vote-getters in each category will be forwarded to a selection panel of Sun editors who will make the final decision. They are: Managing Editors Tom Zuppa and Kris Pisarik; Lifestyle Editor Suzanne Dion; Web producer Jennifer Paluzzi; Editorial Page Editor David McArdle; and Sports Editor Dennis Whitton. The winners will be announced in early January.

Title:	Nicki Wilkinson, Groton-Dunstable Regional
Description:	The G-D senior was team captain for girls lacrosse and scored 67 goals with 34 assists this spring to lead her team to the CMass. finals. Wilkinson was a unanimous league MVP choice and also competed at the U.S. Lacrosse national tournament. She’s earned varsity letters in field hockey, basketball and soccer and is a National Honor Society student who will play lacrosse for Division 1 power University of Denver.
